- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote s are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The Solicitation document W91247-07-T-0015 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for FOB Tents. (iii) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19, effective August 17, 2007. (iv) Notice of Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by this agency. The associated NAICS code is 314912, SIC code 2394 and size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is issued under FAR Su bpart 13.5, Test Program For Certain Commercial Items. (v) This requirement is to provide FOB Tents. Please provide quotes in the spaces provided below: a. Item 1: Twin Tube Plus System 40 x 100 SARG Classroom tent.
