- Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.1406(a),the Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA 01760 on behalf of the United States Army,Soldier System Center, Natick, MA 01760 intends to award on a sole source basi s, a construction contract to Landmark Exterior Restoration, Inc. for the concrete restoration and color staining of various buildings located at the Soldier System Center, Natick, MA 01760. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement among service disabled veteran owned small business is based upon the fact that Landmark Exterior Restoration, Inc is the only known service disabled veteran owned small business authorized to apply Jahn Restoration mortars.
