Description

The U.S. Army, Fort Carson, Colorado intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with SCI Technology INC for CLIN 0001. Enhanced Micro Central Switching Unit, 16Ra eMCSU QTY: 1EA CLIN 0002. Desktop CAU Stand Assembly (includes CAU) QTY: 5EA CLIN 0003. EMCSU-16 Radio J3 Rad SER QTY: 1EA CLIN 0004. EMCSU-16 J4 RAD SER QTY: 1EA CLIN 0005. EMCSU-16 4MDB 2ENET 5402479-001 QTY:1EA. This is a sole source procurement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Other Than Full and Open Competiti on (FAR 6.320-1) and (FAR 13.501). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, however; any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 1 day from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in SUFFICIENT detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed above. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the propose d procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source negotiation. Responses are due 5 September 2007 12:00 EST.
