- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This soliciation, FA2517-07-T-6076, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquistion Circular (FAC) 2005-19. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 451110 and the small business size standard is $6.5 million. This request for quote is dependent upon the availability of funds. The following commercial items (brand name or EQUAL) are requested in this solicitation; 30 each, Universal ski and snow board carrier part # 91725 all in one 6pr ski carrier includes factory mounting hardware and locks. Safely carries up to 6 pairs of skis or 4 snowboards easy open while wearing gloves with over sized push button release. FM1 not required. 30 each, Snowboard carrier part #575 adaptable to factory racks, as well as square and round load bars. Fully adjustable to accomodate different board widths. 2 board angled design allows more room on top for box of ski carrier. Lock core included to secure carrier to rack. With clamp for quick attachment to different factory racks. 5 each, Bed rider part #822 (for truck beds) adjusting bar to fit full size and small pickup beds no drilling required compatible with bed liners. High quality aluminum construction comes with two low-rider fork blocks locks to vehicle with included lock cyclinder. 5 each, Bike hitch rack #964, hauls 4 bikes, swing away design, quick release lever, T3 lock down cradle, anti sway cage design. Carrier for rack and locking cable. 1401 lbs capacity. Includes hitch lock. Delivery of performance will be at Peterson AFB, CO 80914. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 (a)(i)(ii) Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; FAR 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers; FAR 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis.
