- Description
- This requirement is for the purchase of the following items for the AFRC A-10 Full Mission Trainer for hardware, software and installation of the Brief/Debrief System. One complete system will be located at Whiteman AFB LA, Homestead ARB, Fl and Barksdale AFB, LA. This requirement is a Small Business Set-A-Side. The required parts are listed in the BDBS Material List, attached. HQ AFRC at Robins AFB intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for all or none of the items listed. Installation will also be included in this requirement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors/Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-2, FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items). DFAR 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation). The NAICS Code involved is 541511. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) IAW DFARS 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission Payment Request (Mar 2007). Proposals are due by 4:00 EDT 10 Sep 2007 via fax to (478) 327-0722 or emailed to brenda.pate@afrc.af.mil and must be received by the required due date. The current anticipated award date will be 17 Sep 2007.
