- Description
- This is a notice to that the solicitation is canceled. This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of Noun: Radio Frequency Filter, NSN: 5915012696903EW, Part#: 300243, applicable to ALQ-161. The basic quantity of 4 consists of 3 (three) out year options with incremental ranges of 1-5. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with other than full and open competition. Acquisition of this part is restricted to the following sources: BAE Systems (Cage Code: 94117); REMEC Defense and Space Inc (Cage Code: 65628); and Teledyne Wireless Inc (Cage Code: 56216). All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
