- The solicitation number is F1S2AA7216A001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-19 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20070802. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is J042. NAICS is 811310 and the size standard is $6.5M. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The 95th Contracting Squadron, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following service: Line 1: Maintenance of Kidde Propane Aircraft Fire Trainer (12 Months) Line 2: Maintenance of Kidde Propane Vehicle Fire Trainer (12 Months) The requested maintenance includes two (2) service visits to site by one (1) factory qualified Kidde Fire Trainers Technician. Requested visits are to be in October 2007 and in April 2008. All requested services are IAW the attached Statement of Work, dated 27 August 2007. Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote including delivery FOB destination (Edwards AFB, CA 93524). Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
