- Synopsis: E1/E2 Pulse Delivery System and Hemp control Software Maintenance Solicitation # FA3010-06-T-0060 CLASS CODE: J066 NAICS: 811219 Description: The 81st Contracting Squadron, Keesler AFB MS intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Fischer Custom Communications, Inc for Calibration and repair of E1/E2 Pulse Delivery System and Hemp Test Control Software. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, replacement parts, materials and transportation necessary to accomplish an annual performance check of the E1 and E2 Pulse Delivery System (PDS); repair the E1 and E2 PDS during the curse of the year when failures occur; repair the specialized hardware in the High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) network analyzer and digitizer carts as required; maintain the test control software according to changes in the master version used by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA); and develop new software modules in the 85 EIS version of the test control software to incorporate any changes in the HEMP test equipment. The contractor shall also submit reports and documentation as identified in the SOW. The Period of Performance is 1 October 2007 through 30 September 2008. Negotiations will be conducted on a sole source basis with Fischer Custom Communications, Inc., Torrance CA. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The applicable NAICS code is 811219. All prospective vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry prior to award with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at website, http://www.ccr.gov. Invoices shall be electronically submitted via Wide Area Work Flow. Registration and invoicing may be accomplished at https://wawf.eb.mil/ Estimated issue date of this Solicitation, # FA3010-06-T-0060, is 31August 2007.
