- The Acquisition Service Center VISN 9 intends to negotiate a sole source contract for Neurology On-Call Services with University Neurologist, 601 S. Floyd Street, Suite 503, Louisville, KY 40292 for the VA Medical Center, 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206. The contractor is to provide qualified physicians to provide Neurology On-Call Services via telephone or acceptance/transfer to the Hospital of their choice in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. All communication including questions must be in writing and may be faxed to (615)867-5499 or emailed to john.gregorio@va.gov. Email is preferred. No telephone calls will be accepted or returned. All responses must be submitted by September 7, 2007 at 3:30 pm, CT.
