- The Eastern Colorado Health Care System, Denver facility is looking for sources to provide prefilled narcotic cassettes for use in Smith Medical CADD PCA/Epidural pumps. It is anticipated that we will be soliciting for a base plus 4 option year indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Companies who feel they have the capabilities to provide this product/service should e-mail their company information and qualifications to the Contracting Officer. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued within 30 days of this notice. Companies who wish to be considered should transmit their information in one of the following manners: 1) e-mail to aeonard.borel@va.gov or 2) mail to Aeonard R. Borel, Rocky Mountain Network, VISN 19 Contracting, 4100 E. Mississippi Avenue, Suite 1110, Glendale, CO 80246. Companies should provide their information to the Contracting Officer no later than September 19, 2007. If we receive multiple responses to this sources sought notice, an additional notice will be issued in FedBizOpps when the solicitation is issued. All companies will then access the RFP from FedBizOpps. Those companies responding to this notice will be notified directly that the RFP is being issued and to access it from the internet. Any questions concerning this request are to be transmitted via e-mail only.
