Description

The VA Black Hills Health Care System with facilities located in Hot Springs and Fort Meade, SD intends to negotiate a sole source commercial item, maintenance contract with American Sterilizer Company for maintenance of station owned American Sterilizer equipment. Equipment is located at both Hot Springs and Fort Meade sites. Base year contract will commence October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008. Contract will include four (4) additional option years. Other offerors having the approval, ability, qualifications and expertise to work on American Sterilizer brand equipment may request a solicitation package in writing to the attention of Joann Walker, Contracting Officer, 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD. Requests may be made via fax at 605-745-2831. Solicitation package will be available approximately September 10, 2007.
