- The VA Montana Healthcare System (MHCS) Medical Center, located at 3687 Veterans Drive, Fort Harrison, Montana intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Weddel Consulting, 1004 Lakeside Dr., Lolo, MT 59807 under the authority of Public Law 109-461, which allows the Department of Veterans affairs to sole source contracts to veteran owned small businesses if the anticipated contract value is less than $5,000,000. The estimated project range is $100,000 - $250,000. The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to upgrade the HVAC system, as indicated by the contract specifications and drawing, at VA Montana Healthcare System, Miles City complex, located at 210 S.
