Description
This is a combination synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A scanned copy of the solicitation can be emailed upon request. This solicitation replaces previously synopsized Solicitation No. HSCEOP-07-R-00006. Due to budget constraints and time no questions or clarification will be entertained. Proposal shall contain Department of Veterans Affairs proof of disability. All vendors who submitted a proposal to solicitation HSCEOP-07-R-00006 will be sent the new solicitation via email. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-18. This is a 100% Set-Aside for Service -Disable Veteran Owned Small Business with a North American Classification System (NAICS) of 332993. SPECIFICATIONS Vendor is to provide 256,000 rounds of 12 ga 00 Buck Standard Velocity lead 9 pellet ammunition Remington p/n SLP1200, Winchester P/n XB1200, Federal p/n F12700 or equal. Proposals should include a F.O.B. destination pricing. Locations and Quantities Imperial, CA 922551* 7,000 rounds El Paso, TX 79925* 107,000 rounds Laredo, TX 78045* 27,000 rounds Marfa, TX 79843* 10,000 rounds McAllen, TX 78503* 33,000 rounds Pembroke Pines, FL 33027* 2,000 rounds Spokane, WA 99218* 4,000 rounds Tucson, AZ 85711* 49,000 rounds Yuma, AZ 85365* 17,000 rounds *COMPLETE PHYSICAL ADRESS WILL BE PROVIDED AT AWARD STATEMENT of WORK a) Vendor shall furnish and deliver 256,000 rounds of ammunition to address listed above, in accordance with the specifications described herein. b) The ammunition is to be delivered in 250 round cases. c) Vendor to contact each delivery location point of contact 48 hours prior to delivery of ammunition. Point of contact information will be provided at award. Award may be made to a single vendor depending on best value to the Government. Award will be made to the firm that offers the best value to the Government. Best value is determined by considering both price quotations and costs of award administration.
