- Description
- This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source Order for the renewal of a maintenance agreement for an enterprise asset management sofware product, "Infor EAM Enterprise Edition", formerly marketed under the "Datastream 7i" name. A justification of using other than full and open competition, simplified acquisition has been prepared. Infor/Datastream is the manufacturer of the software, is the sole source in the United States and Canada of the software, and owns all proprietary rights thereto. The maintenance agreement for the product, which shall include current patches and upgrades, is considered a commercial item IAW FAR Part 13.1. This notice is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive prices. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to provide the required maintenance in writing, by mail, fax, or email to Ms. Deborah McFarland NLT 3:00 EST, Monday September 10, 2007.
