- AMENDMENT NOTICE: The U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Yuma Sector Border Patrol Bike Unit, Yuma, AZ has a requirement for bike pants and polo shirts below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 20030032. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote. This requirement is solicited as Total Small Business. NAICS code is 31599 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC-05-19. A single award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsive and responsible offeror, whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, will meet the Government?s requirements. The offerors shall be considered responsible as defined in FAR 9.104. Delivery shall FOB DESTINATION and shall be made within 30 days or less after receipt of order (ARO).
