This procurement is a large purchase qty of 415 each with 100% option. This item is controlled with configuration control. Production line item delivery is 135 days after date of award. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. Only offers received from small business entities will be considered. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
