- DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to Copernic Inc., 360 Rue Franquet Bureau 60, Quebec, QC, G1P 4N3. This acquisition is for Copernic Desktop Search Seat Licenses, Customization Services, and Maintenance Support. The software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is for the five months after date of award.
