- AMENDMENT #1 SOLICITATION NUMBER IS PR 0020031628 *********************************************** The United States Customs and Border Protection (US CBP), Laredo Sector U.S. Border Patrol, intends to issue a sole source contract to Pro Silver Star, LTD., One Cowboys Parkway, Irving, TX 75063. The contemplated order will provide bridge signage in the concourse area of stadium; a booth display 10 X 10 in or around stadium for recruitment purposes; television exposure-English; Cowboys Insider; Cowboys Sunday Wrap-up; nightly Cowboys updates; preseason Cowboys football Replay; radio exposure-English; Border Control Commercial. The period of performance will be from August 2007 through December 2007. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. The government intends to solicit and negotiate only with the source identified herein. This is not a notice for competitive proposals and no formal solicitation package is available, however, prospective contractors who believe they can successfully propose must provide specific, detailed, technical documentation to support such claims and abilities to the Point of Contact for this notice prior to the closing date for this notification. Pro Silver Star LTD will provide us with the means to inform the public of our aggressive recruitment drive and offers the opportunity to target a diversity population with a 65,000 spectator capacity at Texas Stadium and the radio and television advertisement in and around the Dallas, TX. The Dallas Cowboys are the only NFL organization in the Laredo?s Sector area of population that will reach millions of spectators.
