- QUESTION: Please advise of the estimated volumes and time lines, e.g average per day and per weekend. whether the submittals will be relatively evenly spread throughout the day. Potential and estimated volume of night time and weekend submittals requiring proofing. ANSWER: Usually less than 100 transmissions a year, rarely on weekends unless there is a public health emergency. We rarely send information out past 8 pm ET during the week, with the exception of public health emergencies should they arise. Sometimes we go a couple of months without releasing anything. Sometimes we will issue 3 or four releases a week. However, the Contractor may be required to issue more transmissions due to the Agency?s requirements. Please note, that the Contractor will be held to providing unlimited releases. The proposal due date is hereby extended until 8/7/2007 @ 9:00 am EST. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-JUL-2007).
