- The solicitation is for the procurement of Data Management, Information Analysis, Design and Creation, and Program Management Support for the SIGIR Quarterly Report (QR) to Congress for the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction (SIGIR). U nder this contract the contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform data collection, analysis, design, formation and project management support to ensure pub lication of the quarterly report to be distributed to Congress every quarter. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-AUG-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
