- Description
- It is the purpose of this Solicitation is to secure Janitorial Services for 6 Forest Service buildings, 5 located on the Deschutes National Forest and 1 located on the Fremont Winema National Forest. These buildings consist of the following: (1) R6 Seed Extractory, formally the Bend Pine Nursery, address: 63095 Deschutes Market Road, Bend, estimated 1294 sq ft, (2) Crescent Ranger District, address Hwy 97, Crescent, estimated 9530 sq ft, (3) Fremont/Winema National Forests Chemult Ranger District, address 11050 Hwy 97 North, Chemult, estimated 12,300 sq ft, (4) Deschutes National Forest Communications Shop, address 75 SE Scott Street, Bend, estimated 1183 sq ft (5) Deschutes National Forest Sisters Ranger District, Sisters, estimated 9606 sq ft. Contractor will be permitted to bid on one or all items. The contract is for one Base Year beginning October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008 and one Optional Year for the period of October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009. The Contractor must bid on Base Year and the Option Year. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractors Registry (CCR) BEFORE a quote is submitted, proposals will not be considered without registration. Register online http://www.ccr.gov. A Request For Quotes (RFQ) will be posted on or about July 12, 2007. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-JUN-2007).
