- In support of Nellis Television (99 Communications Squadron, Support Flight), Nellis AFB NV, the Defense Media Center Contracting Office intends to solicit a brand name or equal procurement. Potential offerors must be able to provide items similar to those called out in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included as part of the solicitation. The equal item must meet the characteristics of the brand name item to be acceptable for award. Offerors must provide descriptive literature or other material that demonstrates their offer meets the forgoing requirements. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer fully meets the requirements of the solicitation.
