- Arcata Associates, Inc.(Arcata/UNITeS); in support of the United NASA Information Technology Services (UNITeS) Prime Contract, intends to negotiate only, on an emergency sole source basis (FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) with Call Henry, Inc. to acquire on-site Professional Services to support the installation and verification for buildings at the Glenn Research Center (GRC) Cleveland, Ohio for the existing Enterprise Physical Access Control Systems (E-PACS). Arcata Associates, Inc. intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation as proposals are being requested per the attached Request for Proposal (RFP), which is located in the attached Word file, the Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment J-A, Attachment J-B -The Building and Door Schedule, and Attachment J-C -The Furnished Equipment List, all of which are deemed to be in the solicitation package. Interested firms have until 05 September 2007, 4:00PM CDST to submit in writing to the identified point of contact a response to the RFP and all associated paper work per the instructions. Responses received after the 05 September 2007 cutoff without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis/solicitation and will not be considered. A determination by Arcata/UNITeS to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of Arcata Associates, Inc. It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor this Internet site for the release of any amendments, and clarifying questions and answers.
