Description
The proposed COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION is for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Tank Rentals for the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Kekaha, Hawaii. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will n ot be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00604-07-T-0400. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-19 and DFARS Change Notice 20070802. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 221210 and the Small Business Standard is 500 employees. This is a sole source action with The Gas Company LLC. SHOWER/LATRINE FACILITY, BLDG. 321 IAW ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS; ITEM 0001AA: Tank Rental of a 499 Gallon Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tank, QTY: 12 months; ITEM 0001AB: Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), EST. QTY: 1000 gallons; ITEM 0002: (INFO CLIN) LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS AND TANK RENTAL FOR PMRF ? TRANSIENT QUARTERS, BLDG. 801 IAW ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS; ITEM 0002AA: Tank Rental of a 288 Gallon Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tank, QTY: 12 months; ITEM 0002AB: Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), EST. QTY: 1500 gallons; ITEM 0003: (INFO CLIN) LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS AND TANK RENTAL FOR PMRF ? MENEHUNE INN, BLDG. 1262 IAW ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS; ITEM 0003AA: Tank Rental of a 499 Gallon Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tank, QTY: 12 months; ITEM 0003AB: Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), EST. QTY: 8000 gallons; ITEM 0004: (INFO CLIN) LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS AND TANK RENTAL FOR PMRF ? SHENANIGANS CLUB, BLDG. 1308 IAW ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS; ITEM 0004AA: Tank Rental of a 499 Gallon Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tank, QTY: 12 months; ITEM 0004AB: Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), EST. QTY: 6000 gallons; PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE is 01 OCTOBER 2007 to 30 SEPTEMBER 2008. Delivery points identified above are located on the island of Kauai at the Pacific Missile Range Facility, Kekaha, HI 96752.
