- ***THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE*** The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound has a sole-source requirement for a Photogrammetry Camera System (V-Stars/S8 INCA3 from Geodectic Systems) in support of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Puget Sound (PSNS & IMF). This requirement is intended to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Geodectic Services 1511 Riverview Drive, Melbourne, FL 32901, per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This commercial firm fixed priced procurement will utilize FAR parts 12 and 13.5. The required delivery date is by 04 January 2008.
