- The FISC Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office, CT intents to award a sole source purchase order to Doble Engineering Company for the lease of the M4000 Automated Insulation Analyzer, M4300 Transport, and Doble Test Assistant (DTA). This purchase will be done under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13) and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is September 14th, 2007. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
