- The Government intends to negotiate a Commercial Firm Fixed Price type contract for procurement of bulletin boards. The contractor shall provide bulletin boards that are frameless, fabric covered, and include hardware for installation. The total quantity is 4,500 each for delivery to Norfolk, VA, Virginia Beach, VA, and Chesapeake, VA. FOB point is destination. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set Aside and will utilize procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 321999. The size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. When the Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued, it may be downloaded by accessing http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This office no longer issues hardcopy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the offeror will be self certifying that neither the principal corporate officials or owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency.
