- This notice serves as a synopsis for the upcoming solicitation number W9126G-07-T-0216 for the acquisition of Winter Park Cleaning Services. Services are to be performed at Hords Creek Lake in Coleman, TX. Hords Creek Lake is located at 230 Friends hip Park Road, Coleman, TX 76834. Deliverables such as proposal requirements, specifications, bid schedule and other requirements are called out in the official solicitation forthcoming. Contractor is to provide all equipment required to furnish specifie d services at Hords Creek Lake. Contractors work and responsibility shall include, but not be limited to, all planning, scheduling, administration, inspection and management necessary to accomplish the required. The proposed contract type is a firm-fixed price purchase order. The Request for Quote (RFQ) shall be available on or about 30 August 2007. The anticipated award date is 20 September 2007.
