- Description
- The US Army Joint Munitions and Lethality (JM&L) Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) intends to award a contract for production of inert M82 primers in support of the Lightweight 155mm Howitzer Program to Day & Zimmermann, East Camden, Arkansas on a sole source basis. The Justification & Approval (J&A), currently being staffed, addresses duplication costs to the Government and unduly schedule delays. Authority for this procurement comes under 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) where no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
