- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, materials, supervision, hardware, software and other items necessary to install the Tucson Air National Guard Emergency Mass Notification System in the Command Post at the 162nd Fighter Wing, 1500 E Valencia Rd, Tucson, AZ. Required is a base-wide networked mass notification system to meet the Command Post's critical alerting needs for emergencies, force protect ion, operational readiness and anti-terror warnings to comply with requirements for installation-wide warning systems as outlined in Air Force Instruction (AFI) 10-2501 and 10-207. The alerts must be able to be sent over the telephone, fax, text messages, email and pagers for unlimited scenarios to unlimited groups and roster members. The system will be accessible via a web browser type interface over the Local Area Network (LAN) and installed in five (5) console locations within the Command Post.
