- In accordance with FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency, the Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the Department of the Army HRC, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Sole Source contract to Medical Doctors Associates, Inc, 145 Technology Parkway NW, Norcross GA 30092-3102 to provide advisory assistance, management and administrative support for USAR Soldier medical fitness reviews. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Proposed contra ct action is for services which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by providing written notification to the point of contact (POC) no later that 3:0 0 pm EST 09 September 2007. Supporting evidence must be furnished in detail to demonstrate the capabilities of the requirement as posted on web . https://eoaa.hqda.pentagon.mil under W81CM6-7226-0001, Medical Services. Responses received will be evaluated , however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to his notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
