Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. .THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS WITH:BEKMAN COULTER INC, 4300 N HARBOR BLVD, P. O.BOX 3100, FULLERTON, CA 92834-3100. This is for the acquisition of: (MULTI SIZER 3 COULTER COUNTER ). PURSUANT TO 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( C ) (1), ONLY ONE RESPONSSIBLE SOURCE, AND FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 6.302-1, SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND/OR EQUIPMENT ARE AVAILABLE FROM ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER TYPE OF SUPPLIES, SER VICES AND/OR EQUIPMENT WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. The U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of: CLIN 1: Multisizer 3 Coulter Counter, Part Number: 6605697. CLIN 2: Diluter, Part Number: 83216 82.CLIN3 : Multisizer 3 Starter Kit, Part Number: 83214712 . This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with th e governments requirements. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers on RFQ W911S6-07-T-0116. All firms responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6640. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3826. North American Industrial Classification Standard NAICS is (334516). Size standard is (500) employees. All replies to this procurement.
