- Description
- The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Bioveris Corporation, 16020 Industrial Drive, Gaithersburg MD 20877-1414. The contractor shall provide the M1M system that is essential to be comparable to what is currently being fielded in the laboratories for the end user. This is a proprietary item. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541710 and t he size standard is 500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time, September 6, 2007. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
