- This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19 and DFARS Change Notice 200700828.. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334220, size standard 750 employees. This is a best value award. The contractor shall provide the items as listed in the attached document, which includes description and quantities of brand name or equal items.
