- This notice for commercial services is posted as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for solicitation number FA4613-07-Q-0028. The attached Solicitation, Statement of Work (SOW), and Wage Determination is attached to this notice. The proposed requirement is set-aside for 100% small business, the Northern American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541370, and the small business size standard $4.5 Million. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Vendor to furnish all services, labor, plant, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to provide the following: An AGPS controlled color digital aerial photography, LiDAR acquisition, and precision topographic mapping of the indicated areas. The project consists of the base proper plus a ? mile buffer at ~17.2 square miles. Product for the base includes LiDAR acquisition to support mapping with a one foot contour interval, plus color digital photography to support creation of an orthophoto digital product with a 0.5 foot resolution and 3D collection of building footprints. All products will be delivered in ESRI ArcGIS version 9.2 geodatabase in compliance with the SDSFIE standards per the latest version. Delivery of imagery will be geotif and MrSID mosaic. The Government will make a best value award decision in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. Quotes shall include pricing information to include unit price and extended total as well as the completed provision at FAR 52.212-3 (June 2006), Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. To be eligible for contract award or payment from any DoD activity, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Wide Area Work Flow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) websites.
