- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2 ? THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFQ/RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCA has a requirement an upgrade to the mechanical system that controls temperature humidity air velocity and pressure in a Clean Air Technologies Cleanroom. The upgrade kit also includes a computer system and associated software to measure and record those parameters. Clean room is located on Patrick AFB, FL. Expected delivery date is 30 Days after date of contract. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-07-T-0347 is issued as a Request for Quotation. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 3564, business size of 500 Employees and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 333411. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 5 September 2007 at www.fbo.gov.
