- Description
- This project consists of the contractor providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to maintain unit?s structural integrity, and achieve safe, sanitary, economical, operational and un-deteriorated living conditions for 300 +/- 10% (numbers will vary due to tear down and rebuild) military family housing units at Dyess AFB, TX. A Firm-Fixed Price contract award is contemplated for this acquisition. The performance period is one (1) base year from 1 October 2007 thru 30 September 2008 with one (1) option year. This procurement is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 with a small business size standard of $32,500,000. The successful contractor will be selected using Past Performance Tradeoff (PPT) procedures, resulting in the best value to the Government. Past Performance is significantly greater than price. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 30 Aug 07 via the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Paper copies will not be available. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to review the FBO website frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents for this solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for an award. The closing date and time for submission of offerors will be contained in the solicitation package.
