- The Quantum Electrical Metrology Division of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for a contractor to provide services to improve the efficiency of measurements in the Fast Pulse and Power and Energy calibration services. The specific tasks are described in the specifications included in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ, SB1341-07-RQ-0483, is being issued utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by NIST. The competitive solicitation, solicitation amendments and all questions and answers relating to this procurement shall be made available via the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation is attached and will only be available on FEDBIZOPPS at the above website. Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the website. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract.
