- PR 0016123586, solicitation SPM4A707R1667, NSN 1660-00-243-0392, Oxygen Regulator Overhaul Kit, P/N 9776301-10. Carleton Life Support Systems, cage 99251 is the only approved source for this kit. Any othe source being considered for award must be evaluated and approved. Soliciting for a definite quantity contract for 75 each, unrestricted, other than full & open competition procedures, 90 days ARO, FOB destination, inspection & acceptance at origin. There is an oxygen component overhaul kit verification testing requirement on one complete kit. Item is critical, but not CSI and is configuration controlled.
