- Description
- This is an unrestricted solicitation for Caramel Apple Ranger Bars and First Strike Ration Bars for the Unitized Group Ration Express (UGR-E) program. This product is for delivery to DD Tracy, CA. The minimum quantity is 260,000 EA (9/bag) for each item and the maximum quantity 336,000 EA (9/bag) for each item. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted for a one year period only. Due to the particular urgency of this acquisition, the government intends to consider as eligible for award, only to those offeror(s) that have, in the past, either 1) Successfully performed with respect to this/these item(s) on similar previous acquisitions or 2) Submitted (an) acceptable Product Demonstration Model(s) (PDM/PDMs) or 3) Successfully passed First Article Tests (FAT) with respect to this/these item(s). Any other offeror(s) proposal(s) will be evaluated for future acquisitions.
