- This requisition is solicited for the Unitized Group Rations Express (UGR-E)Program. Product will be delivered to DD Tracy, CA. Deliveries will be required 30 days after date of award. The proposed acquisition is set-aside for small business. The minimum quantity is 540,000 ea and the maximum quantity will be 1,020,000 ea. NSN: 8970-01-545-6830 CUTTER, razor based w/safety housing, max blade exposure 0.75 in., max size 5 x 2 x 0.25 in. Due to the particular urgency of this acquisition, the Government intends to consider as eligible for award, only to those offeror(s) that have,in the past, either 1) Successly performed with respect to this item on similar acquisitions or 2) Submitted (an) acceptable Product Demonstration Model(s) (PDM/PDMs) or 3) Successfully passed First Article Tests (FAT) with respect to this item.
