- This is an unrestricted acquisition for Gloves to be used in the new Unitized Group Ration Express (UGR-E). There are ten gloves packaged in a bag. This product is for delivery to DD Tracy, CA. The minimum quantity is 540,000 bags of 10 and the maximum is 1,020,000 bags of 10. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted with a one base year period, no option years. Due to the particular urgency of this acquisition, the government intends to consider as eligible for award, only those offeror(s) that have, in the past, either: 1) Successfully performed with respect to this/these items(s) on similar previous acquisitions or 2) Submitted (an) acceptable Product Demonstration Model(s) (PDM/PDMs) or 3) Successfully passed First Article Tests (FAT) with respect to this/these items(s). Any other offeror(s) proposal(s) will be evaluated for future acquisitions.
