- NSNS 8970-01-545-6831 Spatula, cake server. This is an unrestricted acquisition for spatulas to be used for the heater module in the new Unitized Group Ration Express (UGR-E). This product is for delivery to DD Tracey, CA. The minimum quantity is 540,000 and the maximum quantity is 1,020,000 The proposed acquisition is unrestricted with a one year base period, no option years. Due to the particular urgency of this acquisition, the government intends to consider as eligible for award, only the offeror(s) that have, in the past, either; 1) successfully performed with respect to these item(s) on similar previous acquisitions or 2) submitted an acceptable Product Demonstration Model(s) (PDM/PDMs) or 3) successfully passed First Article Tests (FAT) with respect to these items(s). Any other offeror(s) proposal(s) will be evaluated for future acquisitions.
