- The purpose of this notice is to rescind the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA's) prior announcement of the acquisition strategy for the upcoming requirement for New Information Technology Services. DTRA is currently reconsidering the acquisition strategy to utilize the Army's ITES-2S contract. More information, as it becomes available, will be announced via this Federal Business Opportunities website.
