- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is HEVAS6-07-T-00032. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19, effective 17 Aug 2007 and class deviation 2005-0001and DCN 20070802 edition. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This RFQ is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business, NAICS code 423430, size standard: 100 employees. REQUIREMENT: DDESS Area Service Center (DDESS ASC) intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the following item: CLIN 0001: Microsoft Windows School Agreement with Software Assurance (Mfr # 66J-01156SFA), Quantity 1,773 each. The period of performance is: 28 September 2007 through 27 September 2008. Delivery address: DDESS ASC, 700 Westpark Drive, Peachtree City, GA 30269-1498. Unless all offers are rejected, the Government intends to make an award to the offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation at a price that is deemed fair and reasonable by the Government. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: All quote submissions shall include completed Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (FAR clause 52.212-3). Offers shall be submitted to the point of contact (POC): Charles R. Williams, via email at charles.r.williams@am.dodea.edu . The close date/time for receipt of offers by the POC is Tuesday, September 14, 2007, 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
