- SUBJECT: AMENDMENT NO. 2 REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) NO. HR-07-382 ENTITLED, "MULTIMEDIA PODIUMS" <u>The Solicitation is revised to reflect the changes shown below. </u> <u>Questions and Answers</u> <u>Change the Due Date</u> Question No. 1) The question I have relates to Programs and Objectives on Page 3. It is item "B" Installation must include a wall mounted jack that includes power, RGB connection, RS-232, and CAT5 Ethernet connection. Is the objective stating that the vendor must wire the room to accommodate those cabling needs or is the objective stating that the vendor must provide the wall plate with those connectivity requirements and the wiring is already in existence? NRC Response: The contractor will provide all the necessary components necessary to install the podium and connect it to all accessories. This includes wallplates, sufficient RGB or CAT 5 wires, connectors, fasteners and fittings. The contractor will not install any wiring in the walls and ceilings of the Professional Development Center. <u>PROPOSAL DUE DATE IS REVISED TO AUGUST 31, 2007 BY 12:00 P.M. EST (LOCAL TIME). </u>
