- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of a Square Drive Hydraulic Torque Machine; quote only HYTORC, UNEC Corporation. Only these parts have been tested and accepted and meet all of the requirements at The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N00189-07-Q-PV43 is issued as a request for quote. Set-aside is dissolved. Item 0001: 2 ?? Square Drive Hydraulic Torque Machine, 60 Position, 360-Degree Splined Reaction Arm, Boltless Quick Release Reaction Arm Keeper. Ratcheting assurance device, reaction pawl release mechanism, 360 degree adjustable uniswivel to prevent hose interference during operation, Max Torque=52,500 Ft. LBS, Accuracy= +/- 3%, Repeatability= +/- 1%, Tool Length= <14?, T ool Width=<7?, Tool Radius= <3.5?, Tool Weight w/Arm= <125 LBS. QTY 1. Item 0002: Socket, 2 ?? X 6 ?? Heavy duty impact socket to be used in conjunction with the above. Must be capable of 52,500 FT. LBS of Torque. QTY 1. Delivery to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME. 03904, FOB Destination. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. The NACIS code is 332999. Quotations shall include the vendor?s cage code, DUNs number, TIN (taxpayer identification number). Quotations shall be on company letterhead in company format and may be faxed to (207) 438-1251 ATTN: Nicholas Kulakowski.
