- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of Aluminum Planks; all model description is from Lynn/Boston Ladder and Scaffold. Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N00189-07-Q-PV42 is issued as a request for quote. Set-aside is dissolved. Please quote all aluminum planks in there respective lengths. Item 0001: 24? X 24? Aluminum Plank Model 3124. QTY 16. Item 0002: 20? x 12? Aluminum Plank Model 2320. QTY 6. Item 0003: 39? X 24? Aluminum Plank Model 3139. QTY 1. Item 0004: 16? X 12? Aluminum Plank Model 2316-3. QTY 100. Delivery to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME. 03904, FOB Destination. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. The NACIS cod e is 332999. Quotations shall include the vendor?s cage code, DUNs number, TIN (taxpayer identification number). Quotations shall be on company letterhead in company format and may be faxed to (207) 438-1251 ATTN: Nicholas Kulakowski. An original signed copy must be mailed to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Contracting Division, BLDG 153, 6th Floor, Code 530.NK, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2590 and are due no later than September 9, 2007 at 12:00pm Local time.
