- CONSTRUCT 25 YARD RIFLE COURSE, RANGE ?B? AT PUULOA TRAINING FACILITY, MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII (MCBH), CAMP SMITH, HAWAII The work includes construction of a 25 yard rifle course and required appurtenances at the MCBH Puuloa Training Facility. The work includes installation of earth berm, grassing, and other miscellaneous items of work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction and the annual size standard is $31,000,000. Estimated cost range: $500,000 to $1,000,000. This solicitation is restricted to current Hawaii ? Based 8(a) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Holders with the applicable NAICS code 237 and certified for participation in the 8(a) Program who are serviced by the SBA Hawaii District Office (HDO). 8(a) firms that are not serviced by the HDO, but have a bona fide place of business (as defined by SBA) within the geographic area served by the HDO and are BOA Holders with the applicable NAICS code 237 are eligible to submit offers. An 8(a) firm not serviced by the HDO must consult its servicing District Office regarding the establishment of a bona fide place of business or status of a previously established bona fide place of business. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. Interested 8(a) BOA Holders shall register at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil to view and/or download the solicitation upon the date of issuance. Prospective 8(a) BOA offerors are required to pick up a copy of the compact disk (CD) which contains the drawings at NAVFAC Hawaii, Building A-13, 400 Marshall Road, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii 96860-3139. Point of Contact is Ms. Kim Fujimoto at (808) 474-9392 from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Hawaii Standard Time (HST) to coordinate the pick-up of a CD. The CD-ROMs will be available when the solicitation is posted on the E-solicitation website listed above. Bidders shall submit with their offer a bid bond guarantee in the amount of 20% of the bid price or $3,000,000.00, whichever is less. Bid Opening date is approximate.
