- The naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition upgrades for audio visual equipment in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Group IV Productions, Oxnard, CA. The upgrades are to repair the functionality of audio-visual equipment located in one of the main conference rooms at Point Mugu. The upgrades must be compatible with the existing equipment to avoid loss of commonality that would affect various audio visuals. Any firms believing that they can provide the product may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice.
